MedWorks Services
MedWorks provides healthcare staffing, recruiting, employment-related, workforce and related technology services.
Services may allow users to:
- Search jobs
- Apply or express interest
- Create/manage Traveler Passport
- Upload professional/credentialing information
- Save opportunities
- View assignments
- Communicate with MedWorks
- Submit staffing requests
- Use mapping/location functionality
- Use additional MedWorks features as introduced
Job Listings and Opportunities
MedWorks makes reasonable efforts to provide current job information.
Jobs may change or close without notice.
Compensation, schedule, start date, duration, facility requirements, availability and other assignment information may be estimates or change before finalization.
A job listing does not constitute an offer or guarantee of employment.
Applying does not guarantee client submission, interview, offer, placement or employment.
Final terms are governed by applicable written employment and assignment documentation.
Compensation Information
Displayed weekly compensation/pay-package information may be estimated based on information available at the time.
Actual compensation may vary based on hours, taxable wages, stipends, eligibility, location, assignment terms, benefits, overtime, reimbursements, taxes, facility requirements and other circumstances.
Website compensation should not be treated as a guaranteed offer unless confirmed in applicable written documentation.
Traveler Passport Accounts
Users agree to provide accurate information and reasonably maintain current account information.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their accounts.
Authentication may include email/password, verification codes, Apple, Google or other supported methods.
Candidate Information
Professional experience, employment history, licenses, certifications, credentials, education, availability and qualifications must be accurate to the best of the user's knowledge.
MedWorks may verify information when appropriate or required.
False, misleading, altered or fraudulent professional/credentialing information may result in appropriate action.
Uploaded Documents
Users represent that they are authorized to provide uploaded materials and that information is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
Automated and AI-Assisted Features
MedWorks may use Alfred and other automated/AI-assisted technologies to support matching, workflow management, recommendations, prioritization, document processing, communications and operations.
Automated recommendations do not guarantee employment, placement, qualification, credential approval or client selection.
Human review may be used for consequential decisions and exceptions as appropriate.
Maps and Third-Party Information
MedWorks may display maps, travel information, nearby places, directions, ratings or other information supplied by services such as Google Maps Platform.
Third-party information may change and may not always be complete or accurate.
Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Violate applicable law
- Misrepresent identity or qualifications
- Attempt unauthorized account/system access
- Upload malicious software
- Interfere with website operation/security
- Improperly scrape or systematically extract protected MedWorks data
- Abuse forms/applications/messaging through automation
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Use MedWorks services for fraudulent/unlawful purposes
Intellectual Property
MedWorks website content, branding, designs, software and related materials are owned by MedWorks or their respective rights holders except where otherwise stated.
The Alfred platform and associated branding/software/technology may be subject to separate ownership, licensing or intellectual-property rights.
These Terms do not transfer intellectual-property ownership to website users.
Privacy
Collection/use of personal information is described in the MedWorks Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
MedWorks does not guarantee uninterrupted/error-free access.
Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, security issues or circumstances beyond MedWorks' control.
Account Suspension/Termination
MedWorks may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, clients, systems or data; address misuse; comply with law; or enforce these Terms.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, online services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Website information does not replace final written employment, assignment, benefit, compensation, credentialing or contractual documentation.
Nothing on the public website guarantees employment, placement, assignment availability, client acceptance, compensation or credential approval.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MedWorks will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the website or online services.
Nothing excludes rights/liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
MedWorks may update these Terms as services and technology evolve.
Governing Law
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
