Karen Stearns McCloskey, Owner & Founder

Karen has worked in healthcare staffing for over 20 years. She created Medworks Staffing, Inc. after helping to successfully grow 2 other major nationwide staffing companies. After working for larger, corporate-like companies, most of her career she saw an opportunity in a niche market to create Medworks Staffing allowing her to spend more time with her family and still continue to do what she loves! Karen lives in New Hampshire, has 3 children and loves to run (completed 2 marathons). Her favorite food is cupcakes and she enjoys her blended family of 6 and 2 German Short Haired Pointer Dogs!

Jennifer Tobin, Recruitment Manager

Jenn has over a decade of successful recruitment and relationship building experience. Jenn’s success has been defined by her ability to help candidates find amazing jobs to meet their needs and her ability to help facilities find the very best providers to treat their patients. Jenn has previously been named a Healthcare Traveler Magazine Recruiter of the Year. Jenn is thrilled to be a member of the MedWorks team because it allows her to provide specialized and individualized service to both candidates and facilities. Jenn enjoys gardening, camping and spending time with her daughter.

Melissa Dion, Business Development

Melissa has worked in healthcare staffing for over 3 years.  She joined Medworks back in 2018 after being a Sales Manager for a large corporation for 17 years. Melissa exudes positive energy and offers superior customer service.  She enjoys developing new relationships and keeping current customers happy.  She can help you and your team make the most applicable staffing decisions. Melissa lives in southern NH, raising two teenage girls, with her husband.  She loves walking her dog, the outdoors and is always up for new adventures.
